Do you offer a rehabilitation program I can participate in?
Yes! We encourage you to join Boost. Boost is our convenient online rehab and fitness program — designed exclusively for the JBIT MedPro — that delivers three innovative sessions each week. Learn more.
If I sign up for a free trial, am I automatically activating a paid membership at the end of my free trial?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time within the free trial period and you will not be billed. If you do nothing, your free trial will end, and your membership billing will begin.
How do I cancel my Boost membership?
Simply login to your Boost account and select My Account located at the top right of the page. Under the Account Details section, click the blue “cancel” link alongside your membership level information. On the next page, confirm your cancellation by clicking the blue “cancel my membership” link. Please note that cancellations should not be considered completed until you have received a Membership Cancellation email from us. If you cancel a membership but do not receive a Membership Cancellation email from us within 24 hours, please contact customer service. Membership cancellations will prevent future billings on your account but do not include refunds.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary by individual and depend, in part, on one’s sustained injury and current physical condition.

Other than pre-orders, orders typically arrive within seven to fourteen days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day limited warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery along with a request to receive a refund. The returned device and its packaging must be in like-new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that a trackable, insurable service such as UPS or FedEx be used. If approved, the refunded amount will be equivalent to the original cost of the device. How do I get a replacement part, if needed?
To request a replacement part, please contact customer service. Depending on both the circumstance and the part you are requesting, customer service will determine a cost, if any, associated with your request.
